Forgot to ask if you all think this is a fair asking price or starting point for negotiations?

Same here for my 08. Didnít even come close and I had an sdp twin kit on it with a cognito lift. Looks like a very nice truck and glws. I am really going to hate to say this but u might want to be ready for offers in the 20-25,000 range. Iím sorry but its true around here anyways. Especially in the salt belt like we are in MI and and Northwest IN. Even if the truck was garage kept in the winter. My $.02 as I said glws. I wish I had some money to make an offer at this time but Iím not ready to buy another truck at this moment in time.

I guess that depends on your definition of low miles. But by the looks of the truck and the way itís setup. Itís prolly not easy 81000 miles. Itís also 10 years old and unless he coated the inside of the bed wheel wells and did some preventive rust protection around the doors and kick panels itís started on these lmm trucks. Or getting ready. Mine did and I washed it all the time inside and out and still couldnít stop it. Iím sorry if I upset anyone with this but I owned my the same amount of time and had what I thought was lowish miles around 125,000. I realize he has 40,000 less and he will get more then I got but how many offers has he gotten with the price set at 33,000. Iím just saying everyone wants a deal the guy getting rid of his truck and also the guy buying the truck. But most people are looking at this price thinking 1. the guy doesnít know what heís talking about ( which is not me Iím sure he knows what he has with this truck) or 2. He deep down doesnít really want to sale the truck. If I was in the market I would offer around 28,000. Without looking at it and the trouble spots that these trucks have. That price could come down some if the trouble spots are showing inside and out of the truck. Not starting a war here this is my opinion. Correct me if Iím wrong but I have seen a ton of trucks for sale and for some reason people think these things are made of gold and want top top dollar for them. So I may never get a chance to buy another one with my way of thinking and pricing but we will see.

he asked for opinions on price options did he not?

could he get 33k? sure depends on how long he wants to deal with tire kickers and how quick he wants to sale it....

pending buyer who understands the value of the performance add ons, they might lean to run higher on the price, unfortunately I wouldn't bet on it...
its a 10yo ~550hp truck with basic performance up grades.

33k should weed out some BS buyers, id probably settle for mid-upper 20K, pending how fast I want to move on to other projects..

Very well said. Itís hard to find a clean truck with low miles in these parts. And built trans trucks are even more rare and everyone wants a fortune for them. I think youíre a tad on the higher side of things but thatís what negotiations are for. GLWS

Guys I do appreciate your responses and opinions. When I checked KBB for a starting point I picked the Good condition and private sale and it come back at 28k. The thing that is hurting me the most is stone chips behind all the tires. I have had a few offers at $28k but turned them down. I am not in any big rush to sell. Hopefully those weren't foolish decisions. I know some will look at it and think it's been run hard like someone had mentioned but I know the truth and it hasn't. This truck was my baby and I took pride in it. Never been hooked to a sled and has only made about half dozen passes down the strip. That was years ago and before most of the mods so I don't even know what it would run now. I think it would make someone a great truck. Just have to wait for the right buyer
