The 6.0 iron blocks have plenty of thickness for a bore. Besides that a larger bore really helps unshroud the intake valve of the square port heads.

I would be more impressed if you were using a stock junkyard 5.3 with a cam and some heads. Built motors are over rated.

Single s483/96/1.32 T6 from trick performance. Good for 1k. I plan to run about 15-20psi. Big motor will make good power on lower boost. Twin walbro 450 pumps and 1300cc injectors. Proven 9.70s setup on a stock bottom end.

After talking to my machinist (same one from duramax) we will be doing only a 5 overbore.

That is my plan, push it till it blows. I'm doing a Trick 76/75 precision ball bearing with a triple 12 Isky, walbro 450 with upgraded regulator, 80 lb injectors and springs. Should be good for 12 to 14 psi and 550 to 600 rwhp out of a stock long block. If it blows who cares, the built forged short blocks are 3,800...

I would have ran the stock bottom end but upon tear down #4 rod was bent in my motor. Didn't know a LY6 had LB7 rods in it

Why are you doing dual 450's? I was thinking of adding a 260 inline to come on with boost, but i won't need it, that should be plenty for what your goals are though. I think the dual 450's will cause problems with the regulator.

For what he's running, I don't think he will be running a stock regulator. I wouldn't be

What compression sense it's going to be a 365ci now. What pistons and rods you going to run?
