mine did pressure test, but i swapped to a LB7

THATS GOOD ADVICE!

You'll also run into a lot of "each truck is different" situations.
OH SO TRUE,NO NEED TO EVEN BEND THE FIREWALL AND USED THE STOCK DIPSTICK

The first test drive makes it all worth it though!
The biggest issue i had was the flange for the BD pedastall was a different
thickness IIRC the LLY was 0.700" and the BD was 0.360"

i would take a second before installing the new pedestal to meausure the pedstall flange thickness,I ended up haveing to shorten the bolts because they where bottoming out on the block or i geuss you could stack some washers.

And get a good 12point 12mm socket

also IMO remove the glow plug bracket

I would love to put a turbo on my truck after the tranny install but I'm afaird that i can kiss my motor goodbye. So i don't wanna do this until i have the money saved up for my motor. At this rate im going to live with my mom and dad until im 50. But still have a very rank truck

one more thing about the install
i took the 2 suplied pieces of tinfoil heatwrap blanket thingys and wraped it around the turbo, i didnt know if this was a good idea or bad...so i called HTT
they actually said it was a great idea and should help it retain the heat in the turbo
this should also help with the spooling

just thought i would pass this info on

You need to save both files to a local drive and open them from there.

The BD link seems to have changed, try this one:
