    Don’t really want to change or use the 6128os if I don’t have to. I just want to use my tuning from the 6128os in the 07 classic 2483os. Is this we’re a script would work since it’s LBZ to LBZ but I can’t open both to compair?

    Both are LBZ. the 6128 is an 06 OS and the 2483 is and 07 classic OS. How do I make the 6128 os tune work on the 2483 os? Cut n Paste? Or can I just full flash the 2483 to the 6128 os? on a side note, its been QUITE a while since I have been here and I though Pat had more race files on here...

    So no internal or external differences in the 01/02 to 03/04 engine. Just use everything (harnesses and sensors) off the 04 and put the 02 engine in the 04 correct?

    LBZ: P0405 EGR code won't go away

    It doesn't seem to derate or effect drivability. Just wanted it not there when scanned because the customer has a handheld scan tool and he didn't want the glow plug replaced so there is a check engine light on still. So I'm sure he will check it again sometime...... Wish when you shut off...

    I deleted the EGR on a 07 LBZ. Left stock intake grid heater on, just blocked each end of the cooler and EGR and removed. I turned off (X: Not Reported, No MIL) on everything to do with the EGR. Code P0405 still shows up when scanned but no check engine light. It does not seem to derate...

    If I am reading that correctly it appears that the 4 cal Duramax that is in the Colorados has an E98 ECM and that you can download your stock tune just like you could in the pre2010 regular Duramax trucks. And then manipulate the files how you see fit and then reflash the ECM with that file...

    This fried even with the factory calibrations. I was almost like EFIlive missed something when either taking the original tune out or putting it back in and it threw stuff out of whack so bad that it either fried the ECM or made it so the tune was incorrect some how?

    Nope. I think I tried it with only 1 injection pulse and I had some timing rattle when it was around 5* or so. I set it to 3 pulses (2 pre and a main) and the rattle went away
