    Use the original orings if your not already. New ones are extremely tight. Start the bottom nuts first and it will pull them bridge down to where you can start the top bolts.

    That’s a upper valve cover bolt. The headstud/bolt would be lower down.

    As long as it Doesn’t set a cel dont worry about it imo. One of my previous tuners told me it was always going to be there. Never hurt anything but was there when pulled.

    That’s the only reason I want to switch to 100s is to be “safer” on the engine. I feel like I maybe pushing theses 60s to hard to get the power I’m making/wanting. Idk :dontknow:

    Pushing coolant what else to check before pulling the heads

    If your pushing coolant and have black soot in the tank. 9.9 times out of 10 it’s headgaskets. Cracked head or block would be a issue all the time. Mine was like yours. Only causes issues when I really pushed it. It’s time for headgaskets.

    Egts aren’t generally a issue over short periods of time. You shouldn’t have a issue in the 1/8th or 1/4. Any max effort tune is going to get warm fast. I’ve seen 1700-1800 regularly.     EFI log reading 18psi while mechanical reads 42psi

    LLYS will only read to 22 or 23 psi with the factory sensor. So I wouldn’t be to worried about the difference. Why it isn’t maxing out the sensor idk. Maybe a boost leak at the sensor. Mine was leaking there and I couldn’t tell on my mechanical gauge.

    Typically 25-30 psi is what I normally try to shoot for. I tried leaving harder in a smaller tune and it just blew the tires off.

    Nitto 420s with 35psi in them lol. I drove the truck there and back. Didn’t touch anything in between besides the shocks. I wasn’t going to run tune 5 just yet but I couldn’t resist my last pass of the day.
