LBZ: Can I swap my tuned ECM from my 06 to my 07?

Help: 2006 interior power seat swap?
I wasn't sure where to post this, but I have the opportunity to buy a full interior out of a loaded donor truck. Right now my truck has cloth seats, drivers side is power.
