I'd imagine that is complete pan to valve cover (no fuel/air). It looks like they are going to D&J's 12 port billet head vs the Wagler in the S10 now, only time will tell how that works out.

I think Richard is spot on. If you want to reuse the 488 the best setup would be a S467 sized charger in the valley. If it is a toy I'd go with the 87 turbine but 83 vs 87 is personal choice.

I bet it does with a 3000rpm stall converter. I know mine did the same (Bullseye Batmo Gen 2 475/87/1.00) when I ran a Goerend J. Converter must match the turbo and the turbo must match the usage.
