A stereo system??

Those are the first gear solenoids. One unlocks the main clutch set, the other applies the band. Without power, these operate as a typical single speed velvet drive.

My transmission buddy didn't recognize it as anything common. Too beefy. Luckily it's in good shape. Inside filter is dodge for sure.

New fwd clutch packs installed and everything back together....

Those transmission cases and most of the pieces on the floor were made by hand on a Bridgeport, and not by CAD on a Haas.....

Personally I'd go with machine shop way. Cranks faster, primes quicker with no cylinder pressure. But also pull ecm fuse or disconnect bail so as not to fire the injectors.

I modify these pans from front to rear sump for marine setups. Holds 15qrts in lower. Best design by far if ya...

Only issue is, the lml pump is thicker than previous years and requires some machining to fit lbz/lmm front...

Both bottom ends back together, one set of pipes is welded up, and one to go.. Soon as we get injectors back, these shoukd finally be ready to drop into the boat.

Looks like 200% over nozzles...
