The upper control arms and steering parts are going to add a little bit a labor. From 7 hours to 18 seems a little much though. I would have thought maybe 10 or 11 hours total.

As stated above, check the fuel lines on top of the drivers valve cover. A lift pump won't help it the supply line is collapsing shut. But I'd hook the hose from the lift pump right up to the metal...

They ride bad, wear front end parts prematurely, and cause horrible cv angles. For me it will be lifts set with level cv's or nothing.

I dont believe he has any rods or pistons. I'm pretty sure for the short block he means he has a bare block. I think I did ask about Ross. He's an ho est seller, I bought the ati damper from him.
