    WTB: stock 09 mirrors

If anyone has the regular mirrors from their 08-13's sitting around and want to sell. A truck kicked something up off the road and destroyed my pass side mirror but luckily didn't hit the truck. Ill ask but I doubt anyone has a white one(mine are color matched) I'll take a regular black pair if...

    Traction control/stabilitrak

Is the stabilitrack part of the abs system? I saw a couple things about putting a switch on the fused link or just pulling the abs fuse like stated above. I'm not very familiar with how these systems work as this is the first truck I've had to deal with it on

    Traction control/stabilitrak

So if it is sent from the abs to the tcm, could I put a 3500 TCM tune in and not have it work? Or use a TCM tune from a older 06-07 that doesn't have it?

    Traction control/stabilitrak

There is no way in the ecm tuning or bcm tuning to disable them?

    Traction control/stabilitrak

It's keep telling me they are off, and the traction light is on the instrument cluster saying they are off. They aren't off tho, somehow it keeps pulling power. I just want a way to disable them that is a sure way

    Traction control/stabilitrak

Anyone know how to permanently or temporarily disable these. Went to the track last night. Kept turning them off but they kept coming back on. It would launch hard out of the hole and fall right on it's face with the traction light blinking even with them turned off. I'd have to hit the button...

LB7 fuel line clean up in the valley ??

Fuel temp sensor is a m12x1.50 I bought an adapter to go from m12x1.50 to 1/8 npt. I used a 6an fitting with a guage port to install it.

Need help with lift pump sump, nowhere to install

Drill the hole under the sender and mount the sump. I usually take a smaller whole saw and drill a hole in the stock sump in the stock sump as well. I usually use the stock pickup for the return fuel for the lift pump rather then cut the filler neck to put the T in.

What to do with fuel filter

You can raise the fuel pressure. I have mine set at 14psi, anything more it lopes really bad. You can use the port they give you but I ran another gauge from under the hood. I also have redone all my fuel lines under the hood with AN fitting so I added a guage port.

    Need ideas for more power

The good ol days when everyone was pretzeling rods at 500hp... Now we are pushing twice as much and if it wasn't for crap pistons they survive.

    Need ideas for more power

I'll give you an example from personal experience. Back in 2008 I had a rclb lb7, 40 overs, single 4202, robs tuning. Truck went consistent 11.80-11.85. I thought the same thing and added dual fuelers, same tuning. Truck went 11.78 best pass next time out. Only reason it picked up anything was...

Yes if you change to a 10mm/12mm/ dual fuelers have him retune it to add some pulse width to the tune.

    Need ideas for more power

If the single stock cp3 is keeping up or close to it your not going to see a gain by adding dual pumps or a stroker. You will have to add some fuel to take advantage of the pump or your wasting your time and money.

    Need ideas for more power

I didn't mean use them for awhile until it blows up, I was saying throw dual fuelers on for awhile until he gets bored and wants more. Keeping the fueling up high and not low is what keeps the bottom end alive ....hell I'm running a 10mm/stock pump on my current SBE

Throw a dual fueler kit on it and have fun with it for awhile....
