    Yep, Yep and Yep and the FICM relay. You will not have any fuel rail pressure if they were not. We have 43mpl pressure which is 6235psi way more that enough to start.

    We injected diesel starting fluid into the intake runner port to make sure we did not have a mechanical issue. We did disarm cold start system as you should to do this.
