New to diesel life. Have 02 lb7 actual from at WOT is 3200 and desired is 21670. I'm lost seems way off and no power

Weak cp3, possible bad injectors, collapsing fuel lines, plugged fuel filter, sticking FPR is a few causes to that issue. Best bet is to fill out a signature about your truck what been done to it ect and use the search function. This has been discussed plenty lots of great answers on where to start.

I've been told power loss could be cp3 or TCM as trans temp is not working nor is the gear indicator. Also tech 2 won't communicate with trans

Changed cooler filter sand fpr will replace rubber lines this evening..

Don't throw parts at it; take the time to properly diagnose it. You will not only save money but also learn more about the truck and how it works in the process. There are a number of things that can cause low rail pressure. What tests have you run so far to figure out the problem?

Aside from running scan tool and shutting down each injector to see if they are working and also checked return fuel for 15 seconds of crank time and got 110ml return .. tuner gauges show a lot of info and more then I know about lol..

110 ml is a lot of return fuel. Is that from one bank? CP3? Relief? Or all?

That was return at cooler so from all

Still too high. Need to test each bank, CP3 and relief separately to see where the issue is

How do I test cp3 solo.. and I can test the relief by plugging line and running test hose to a bottle correct

Yes. Pull the return side of the CP3 off and put it in a bottle. Plug where the line went to keep the return fuel from the injectors from spilling out
