Is there any way to get a smaller "tighter" exhaust housing for my 4094?
Currently have the 1.07 AR!

Hmmm. If the $$$ wouldnt be to much i would like to try one out, not to make more boost but to make it more driveable, and not take 2 min to spool up!

A smaller housing should help but I thinking something else is wrong. You should be able to run a looser housing with a stick. We should be able to run a bigger charger also. Have you pressure tested for leaks? Your tune looked good to me.
I don't know if you can do it in a stick but have your tried the creep when trying to stage? I know when I spool Casper, I start to spool as approach the lights, and I do it with a light throttle pressure. Usually hit the first light about 2000rpm and spool where I want and trip the 2nd. I can't use a heavy foot or he will over fuel and never spool.
