Well we got another down now. I finally got my 12 but also got water in the oil now.

Thanks, Its not the first time, I bought the truck with water in the oil. The first time it was the oil cooler, I know there's no way I will be that lucky twice.

Not yet still trying to pinpoint the problem, the compression test showed everything was good. I did a coolant system pressure test last night and it held for a llittle bit then I could hear what sounded like oil bubbling in the oil pan. So i think it must be the oil cooler but I'm not 100% sure if anything else could be pushing the water into the oil pan. Making some phone calls today to more knowlegeable people. Hopefully soon we will have it back up and running.
