I thought i saw an adapter so you can go to Vband and not have to replace the down pipe to get around the 3 bolt crap i lucked out with?

Should i just go with the new down pipe or is hard one to swap? Also if i was right and did see an adapter, would it not add 3" so the length of the down pipe, thus dropping my exhaust that much?

I like the 3 bolt flange. Why do you want to get rid of it?

i dont , i just already have the vband 5" exhaust. Is there an adapter or do i need to try to get the correct front piece of pipe with the 3-bolt welded on it. You know easy it is to exchange anything with an exhaust company.

You would probably be better off selling the kit and buying the correct kit for your truck or buying a V-band down pipe if you think you want to change it. I don't know of any adapter to convert it. I'm not sure how that would work without causing alignment issues downstream with hangers and cross members.
