LBZ Block worth?

I have an LBZ block from when I converted my truck from LLY to LBZ over a decade ago that's just been sitting in the garage since then. The 'original' plan was to built it and then swap in with the existing LBZ top end, but you know what they say about the best laid plans of mice and men. It is mostly bare but still has the cam in it, but I noticed that there's what I would consider 'significant' surface rust in the bores. It may clean up with a good honing or mild overbore, but I don't know. In the opinion of the experts here, is it worth anything, or should I just scrap it at the local metal recyclers?

Few hundred I suppose? Most people are going to bore it anyway. Rust probably isn't very deep unless it had moisture dripping on it.

Here are a few pics.

Value is though these days... I see them on Ebay between $499-$699 but it just depends what people are willing to pay in your area.

I Had one local pop up that I just couldn't pass up the deal on for a short block. Guy turned out to be super cool and just wanted to get it out of the way. He even hooked me up on some other parts that I couldn't pass up. I Didn't even argue, I just paid his price cause I felt it was such a good deal.

As mentioned, any one looking for a block is probably going to build it any ways.
