Default Best Oil??

I know this is probably a crazy question, but what is the best oil I can run in the Dmax for the money and what change intervals are you guys doing on yours? Thanks

Delo 400 or Delvac 1300 run it until the DIC tells you to change it(up to 12K)

I use Rotella and change every 5000 miles.

Amsoil 15-40 heavy duty. change every 10,000 mile .

What part of Washington do you live? If you have very much cold weather I would recommend rotella 5w40 synthetic. It improves cold starting 100%. If your like brian and live in a warmer climate, I agree that any 15w40 will do.

Mobil Delvac 15-40 and every 4k miles for me. Ive also run Delo and Rotella (no difference IMO).I like getting away into the man cave even if the oil "could" go another 1k.

Firm believer in the ACDelco oil filter though.
