Metric for a 1 5/16 is a 33mm. I use a 12" crescent wrench.

I had the same problem so I went to Harbor Freight and bought the 1 1/4" to 2" set for $30.00. Problem solved. It doesn't have the 1 5/16" but one of them worked lol.
