Default Safe power level while towing

From the perspective of the Allison, transfer case and diff, how much power is safe to tow, say 9000#, with, as long as the EGT's are watched?

Don't know if it's safe or not... But, we have towed Casper all over the country with Blue and 500 hp tune Weight anywhere between 9k to 13k.

The only time we had a problem overheating IIRC was Vail CO When we where at trillion feet.

Cool Thanks Mike... So mine might make it? Guess I should get the other trans swapped in to make sure it'll hold before I head east.

Been using pat 500 tune for all my towing for good mpg. However, downshifts push up the rpm then it shits and gits unexpectedly. Love it.
