I have to back off on the valves hitting. On close examination, I see they are marks from the machining process. The process has improved so much that I forgot what the early pistons looked like.

100 over injectors.
PPE Dual CP3s
ProFab Castflow headers and uppipes.
100 PSIA MAP Sensor
Kennedy dual lift pump.

Dynoed 690 HP / 1200 TQ

Here is a rough thermal plot for a piston without oil cooling in the gallery. It is only assigning surface temperatures. The angle of the cut is the same as the pictures posted earlier.


I have a lot more work to go.
