I've just done testing with the IHI so its really an apples to oranges comparison but gives you an idea what I get with porting/polishing as well as how the batmowheel did. One would think that LB7 or LLY, the compressor wheels would be designed very similar to give you similar gains; Just my thoughts but I could be wrong.
Now the TCT wheel is a different story but with how it didn't perform that well it doesn't make me want to spend the money to modify a cover for it to fit.

I've done 2 LLY turbos with TCT wheels so far. The one guy loves it and the other is still working on getting the pickup going(did a bunch of upgrades). The guy that loves it went from a stock LLY turbo to one ported/polished, 10 blade turbine, fingers vanes, TCT comp wheel so alot was upgraded.

He's some of my results for those curious.

Sorry to mud up your thread with IHI turbo info.

Nice chart and nice info there. Looks like those Wetzel wheels shine pretty good, compounding over 1 would change things a bit. If i do decide to do compounds I'll probably throw it over the stocker first like I said before. Maybe not even a tct, but if I want it to come alive a little quicker I'll probably have to ship it out to ya russel

Looks like just porting it gains more overall. Makes me scratch my head on doing this on my LMM turbo.

Get a ported & polished LLY turbo from Russ to replace your LMM

Sorry to bump an older thread, but I think it's a good idea to keep this info together for easier searching... it appears that the Wetzel works better than the Batmowheel in a p & p charger... but do you have numbers from the TCT wheel?

I'm still curious as well, never went anywhere with it.

I bought a Lly turbo. Doing the 10 blade turbine, rebuild kit, fingers vanes and a tct wheel. I will be hitting the track before the swap to see what my Max effort time is and then swapping.

I am hoping so! I talked with another guy on here who has the same turbo setup and he dynoed at 558 on stock sticks. I really need some bigger injectors to push it further it sounds like. Russell said this turbo setup should push 600+
