Default Limits of stock dual fuelers?

What have you guys seen as the limiting factor with dual fuelers with two stock lbz style pumps? I have two currently with exergy 250s and chasing rail pressure issues. Been told need at least one stroker pump and others say two stocks work also.

Running 2250 pulse with 250's and two stock pumps. Rail held fine and I was pulling through the factory pickup, when I upgraded that the truck did pull harder.
