Sweet. My favorite truck body. What are your plans for the motor? Stock? What about exhaust? Dump it out the side, mini stack out the hood, or down pipe to the ground? Any way its friggin sweet.

It is a build motor in a 2wd RCLB chassis that I was planning on drag racing with. Now this will just be a street toy/drag truck. Exhaust will probably have the normal route nothing crazy as I still want to hear someone talking to me, but maybe a cut out for drag racing.

Made a little progress. I was able to get the inner fenders out and just see how the intercooler will fit. I know there will be more work to actually make it fit on the 2500HD chassis but happy to know the hood would close if I kept the clearance the same. Long road ahead.

Question for ya WisconsinHick1: Are those McGaughys front drop leaf hangers.? I thought I had read the Caltracs would not work with them and it appears they do.

They will work with McGaughy's, but they will not work with DJM.

Also received a few motor goodies this week! Valley CP3 will no longer be there and both pumps will be up top in front.

Making a little more progress. Testing out how it will be having a walk off front clip.

Now to start cutting up the floor of the truck so it will fit over the transmission.
