02 2500 eclb 2wd.
How much space between the main pack and the overload when unloaded? I have about a half inch. I'm trying to figure out if the reason for my harsh ride is from hitting the overloads.

Yes it is. You should have somewhere around 1.5” at the tail end of the overload

Thanks, kinda what I thought.
Any idea who makes a good riding spring. I've got airbags and traction bars, so I'm not worried about spring wrap or them being a little too soft.

I think it was Tom or someone that found new springs for cheap that brought the arch back. If you have a local spring shop close by, they can put the arch back in the stock leafs too. Otherwise you are looking at a set of deaver springs
