I'm not nearby to help directly, but I chased a problem with mine - she's fussy about perfect connections. Solder everything - no connectors. Most likely the box is fine and it's just that simple. Best of luck!

O/P, the more information you give, the quicker you get help.

This is all he gave on DP, which is more than he gave here:

Just installed and the led is not working. I have 12v on the orange wire. I have 12v on brake pedal when it is released and no voltage when in. Not sure what else to check. Any help would be awesome
I x2 the above reply. Don't use butt connectors. Solder everything.

From that first post I have checked everything on the installation paper from his website. The led light is not coming on and not doing anything at all. I have 12v on the orange and green wire I checked voltage on the brake pedal. 12v when pedal is released and no voltage when pedal is down. On the gas pedal the voltage goes up and down when you move the pedal up and down. Ben emailed on things to test like holding red/green button and turn key on to see if light works. Then he said put orange wire in pin4 on clear tcm connector but I didn't have any voltage than. That's all I have tried.

The led on my bt box is not on unless it's armed. With the key in the run position but truck off does the led light at all? Try all 3 buttons and see if it does anything. My first box had issues with not coming on so Ben sent me a replacement and it's been good.
