Yes a very rewarding kind of cardio...at least Sundays was. Monday Tuesday didn't see anything but birds so that sucked

Training snuck up on me. Today was 5x5 squats at 300, and felt super fast, easy at the bottom.

Been working foot position a ton. Moving stance out wider with good result.

20 rounds for time:
-10 calorie row
-1 stone to shoulder, 100 pounder

Now I'm looking at three kabobs and a pile of roasted veggies.

Speaking of, I've been hitting intra carb and have less in meals outside of workouts. About 150% as much fat per day compared to before introducing intra back in.

Anyone else time food or anything more structured?

Was afraid I did again. But I feel like a million bucks today. Must have just been muscle tension

Default Weight Lifting/Body Building/Strong Man/Training thread

Take care of your hands! Ugh mid workout tore wide the F open. But if you’re looking for a fun workout try
AMRAP
7chest to bar
9 OHS @ 95/55

Add 2 reps every 2 min until you can’t complete the reps.

I made it to the round or 17/19 and tore on #7 C2B

I've been in the gym since highschool but had a couple nagging injuries that finally healed up. Finally been pushing some weight lately. 585 squat, 585 deadlift, 415 bench. On my way to a 600 squat. I weigh 250lbs.

Been squatting a bit more, hit 315 beltless paused in the hole and 335 with the belt paused. Felt good to put a little weight on, 225 for lots of reps gets boring.

Bench and deads last night
Bench
245x3sx10r
260x9
260x2sx8r
Deads
275x3sx10r
315x2sx8r
315x6
These felt ok. Coach said I was using to much back so I dropped the weight and focused on form and technique.

255x1
285x1
315x5
335x5
350x2

First time going a little heavier in a couple months. Feels good. Form still needs work once I go over 315.
