Water is now below the emergency spillway. Normal spillway erosion seems to be stable, no more silt in the water so must be down to bed rock now

Now the tyler island levy is in serious threat of breaking

From what I can tell they are trying to walk the fine line between too much release of water and damaging downstream, and too little and not having the capacity ready for the coming storm.
