Default Coil springs for coilovers

Pair of used 12"x2.5" 950lbs coil springs for coilover shocks. $125 shipped in the lower 48 states.

How well did they work on your truck? You used these on a pulling truck right? I would be looking at a drag truck.

Yes, they were on my pull truck. I thought they worked well, but my shocks are actually made for a 14" spring so I replaced them with 14" now.

Those are being used with the stock shock location? I had planned on custom making a top mount if needed.

Yes, just used the upper shock conversion bracket.

I'm really considering biting the bullet on coil overs. I'll have to hook up with you James when I decide if I'm keeping my truck for any amount of time. Depending when I get my company truck will be the big deciding factor.

block height is the coil spring at full compression. so the springs coils are contacting them selves. this is considered coil bind when on the shock and the spring runs out of travel before the shock does.

you can find block height based off the amount of coils, coil spring thickness and height of the overall coilspring. you will find not all companys are correct on their block height
