Default Oil Pressure Relief Valve Shim

Does anybody have a how-to on shimming the oil pressure relief valve?
2005 LLY EC/SB, Leather, Sunroof
-Built motor, Billet S476/87, Dual 10mm pumps, Exergy 60% overs, Goerend "J" converter, Built trans, AD2 165, Beans sump, E-Locker, TrueTrac, Yukon 4340 shafts, Traction bars, DHD center link brace, DHD lower cross member support

Shimming it to open at a higher pressure? These trucks make ridiculous oil pressure on cold startup, I would think if anything you'd want to bore it out to flow more. I know Idaho Rob's truck Max'd Out has an external oil pressure relief because the stock one didn't flow enough.

I haven't heard of anyone doing what you are asking, but I would imagine it is pretty straightforward, just hard to know how much to shim to hit your target pressure.
