Making headway! When were you originally planning on being on the road with it, some time in Dec. wasn't it?

These guys showed up.. originally I want a 160mph Speedo which would put 70mph at the 11:30 position and Isspro has yet to make a 160mph version, be like a 4 week lead time...so settle for a 120mph..
someone upgraded the speedo to a sealed face for me. no biggie called Isspro, settled for them sending a remote botton for the speedo.. quick easiest fix IMO

Idea was to have speed and tach avg position around the 12:00 o'clock position.. I can live with them at 1:00 o'clock area..

Plotting..
2 3 3/8"
11 possibly 13 2 1/16" guages
Plus turns, high beam, parking brake will be 5/16" LED lights
Used 2.5" OC for the little guages bezel OD was 2.25"
4" OC for the big ones.. bezel OD is 3.80"
Now if I had a CNC end mill...

Go find someone with a plasma or lazer table. I use the plasma table all the time to cut out gauge clusters, works great!

Rear lights wired, dash put back together bunch of other little stuff...

Doing good until last hole... It will work... Fix it later.. dam human. I should know better than do stuff like that with fatigued... Think I'll wait to break out the P-grinder and carbine bitts to enlarge the holes for the gauges until I get some sleep

Looking good Adam! I will say that you have proven to have the most motivation on this site. I have watched you rebuild several engines and now you have built your own custom pull rigg. I have a great amount of respect for you...

Some people think it looks trashy, but just clock the gauge face so it sits how you want.

If anyone ask tell them you put it that way so you can see it when you drive.

While it would be nice to have all of the parts custom machined or CNC cut, sometimes its what you have time for and can afford. For those that do not like it, tell them to do a better job themselves.

The way I see it, you have more invested in the last 2 years rebuilding engines than most people have behind the keyboard trashing your work. Right now, I am quite impressed by the motivation and drive you have in keeping the previous truck going while working on this one, then when it finally took out the block you dove into the FL with everything you have. I applaud your self motivation as most people would have thrown in the towel and just picked up the keys to someone else's rig and started driving. If I had access to the tools you needed to make that dash, I would cut you one and send it up. I am certain after 50-100k miles you will find a layout you want over what you currently have laid out.
