Well I ordered a set of 100% exergys I hope they work out. I am going to redo the filter setup and the cp3 supply lines to rule any of that out.

An update this season. I am running 100% over exergy injectors with the same 12mm pump and will still drop actual rail down to 22000 psi when commanding 26000 during a pull. Pulse is at 2300us. 1/2 inch feed all the way to the pump. Holding 2-10 psi during a run.

Could be a bad pump. Only way to know is to have it tested.

So I am assuming you think the pump should hold 26000. It seems to do better when rpm is 3300 and under but once past 3700rpm sustained when I'm pulling is when it drops.

The pump is rated to 4500 rpms. Do you have a sump? Either something is causing a restriction or the pump has a problem.

I do not have a sump pulling from stock pickup. I'm keeping positive lift pump pressure though.

It's a ppe 160. Lift pump will drop to 2 psi but will stay positive pressure.

The same lift pump filter setup supported duel fuelers on 80% injector running a 2800us with out dropping rail so i figured it would be sufficient for my current setup. But agree sump and bigger lift pump is a good place to start.

Can't you test the return rate of a stroker pump to find out if it's bad? I won't be throwing parts at this without knowing the CP3 good.

Hook a 5/8 hose to the vent inside your fuel pick up and run that down into the cup. Hook your feed line to the vent. You'll be shocked how small the opening is in the cup.
