Default G80 failed.. best replacement

Have a truck on the lift with a g80 that is roached. It needs a new pinion and ring gear along with a. Carrier and total rebuild.

I have read so many mixed reviews on this that I don't know what way to go with it, anything stronger then what's in it will be good.

Opinions greatly appreciated

There are tons of options including an open diff. What do you use your truck for?

True Trac is probably the best all around carrier to put in,

I threw a TrueTrac in mine this month. Haven't gotten it off road to see how it does, but it spins both tires on pavement for the first time in a long time. I'm hoping it does well off road too.

Truck sees snow, also sees alot of abuse. Burn outs, sled pulls, it's a daily driver though.

What's the difference from a truetrac and a tracrite? The tracrite is essentially a AAm "dodge " carrier correct?

I've had my truetrac for a couple years now; love love love it for my DD Great traction in the winter, nothing to wear out, no more spinning one tire all over the place, and my God does it let you drift that ass end around! LOL
