well took the cat filter off and filled it with that 911 stuff, then took the line off the cp3 and flushed it all out. It would only run with heat on it, so drained it down to a 1/4 tank (didn't have anywhere to put the rest) put a little bit of that 911 stuff in the tank. No one here as a 12V heater, so ghetto fab put a 200 watt stick on heater on the filter and ran an extension cord into the cab to the inverter to run it. yea I have a fuel heater on the way to undo that mess. Filled it up with 50/50 winter blend and she seems to be doing ok now

I say it's bad fuel too in that case. Been there too. Good luck with the draining

Nick
i drop 45-50gallons 1-2 times a day when im driving in the tank.. (60gallon)

i got one bad tank had standing water in the bottom... i dropped 2 bottles of 911 in it(full tanks) let it sit for 1-2 hours came back puddles where gone..

bad thing is 911 has alchol.. which stripes lube prop the good thing is its hydroscopic(absorbs water)

I am talking about all the additive you had to dump in it to keep it running.

30.00 is all i dumped into for 55-60 gallons of fuel..
one 911 bottle is good for 30g

it ran just would limp climbing a grade then 6.5 stock lift pump wasnt quiet strong enough to shove slightly gelled B20 through a 2 micron fuel filter at full throttle

power service is an emulsifier so you won't typically see water in the separator

Hey man, where did you fill up? Just curious since I gelled up today as well (along with 4 other people) . Trying to find out if its related to a certain station. Got a flightline heater going in the engine bay right now LOL. Gotta get it running so it'll cycle the bottle of 911 I dumped in it.

SeaFoam.
Works awesome for eliminating water. That and a little conditioner for extra lube and good to go.
It's a must the farther north you go as Arctic fuel has more of whatever they use to cut the fuel. I know they use Kerosene in russia lol!

Kerosene isn't really that effective though for gelling ... you need to use alot of it to make a difference.

The filter in my dad's LML froze up yesterday on the side of 35W. He didn't have a filter with him so I grabbed one and did it for him.

Nothing like changing a filter when it's 10* and 25mph winds. LML sure is a PITA compared to my LBZ's. I pulled it and the filter was dry.

Froze up on me again, I'm going away from the white bottle PS. I'm thinking I had a little bit of the bad fuel left in the truck and it clogged the fitlers again. I'm going to a 10 micron on the AD and making a bypass for the 2 micron cat filter that I can open up if needed. Truck would not run at 20 below 0 (-49 windchill sucks btw) even with 300 watts of heaters on the filters. I filled up with a 50/50 mix of winter blend fuel, I really think it is just the filters clogged up from the last shit fuel I got
