LBZ: Truck setup for towing
I would put a sump in so you don't have 1/4 tank problems, I like to run AC Delco filters. And also I like Fass pumps but I have heard good things about Airdog! Welcome to the Forum and to the Diesel world! :hug: -

What can they handle??
What I meant by that is the sportsman can only supply enough fuel to support 650HP. The tuning will be a reputable name in the biz its over my head lol- 06gmc

The turbo would be a drop in replacement, along with what's already in my sig. So from what I have gathered the sportsman pump would probably be a good limiter in HP to remain at a safe level. Does that sound right?- 06gmc

So I know that as soon as you start to throw more fuel and air into these motors you are starting the clock on something breaking. And even built motors have failures. I also know a lot of it depends on how hard you beat on the skinny pedal. But I am wondering what each series of motor can...- 06gmc

This problem was resolved awhile ago. It ended up being the internal wiring harness needed replaced along with a new TCM. When we dropped the pan the ATF looked clean with no debris. so we decided it wasn't time for a rebuild just yet. truck ran good and shifted great after it was done- 06gmc

EFILive Not sure if my AutoCal will work....
Well if I am reading it right there isn't gonna be any tunes loaded on the Autocal since the tuner didn't have the info they needed to tune the truck. And usually tuners lock Autocal so you'd probably have to call the original tuner and at least get it unlocked then get tuning from somewhere... -
