    I only ever heard of catastrophic failure when they were boring and stroking the CP3s. There would be so little piston contact at the bottom it would kick over and blow out the side. 3200 is quite steep for just a CP3 replacement. I would be more worried about your injectors if it really did...

    Stuck valve would seem kind of unlikely. It would have to be stuck open and hit a piston and i wouldn't think that would stop a motor even at idle.     I changed out all my fuel return and feed lines, I did talk to Exergy about this, he did say that too small of a fuel return can cause issues. One issue being that the fuel pump builds more pressure than is commanded because it cant return the fuel. So thats something to be careful of.

    I couldnt get a retaining ring in time for this weekend so I am just going to make one. But for future proofing I have a dual seal coupling coming from Scott at SDP, they use them when they do any builds in house since you have to have exact positions of all the flanges.

    When I did my return block I found that the -3an fittings for brake lines fit well on the injector returns so I used that to get them to my return block. Haven't had them leak at all. As for a return block I made my own.

    Yea they sent me a new one about 2 months ago before it started to read stupid. Hopefully the one I am getting will be the better version. I think alot of the issues come from the computer they use with the probe and if its not grounded just perfectly it shorts out.
