    LMM: ppe not clearing codes?

    I just programmed my truck with the PPE xcelerator economy its throwing two codes 0546 and 2033, from installing the new exhaust. When iattempt to clear the codes it clears then ill go check them again and its still there... is this programmer going to remove those codes or does it take time...
