So today i got my package from Alligator that was supposed to come with my egr blockoff. Called up and not sure if i talked to chad or jayme (sp?) but i informed 'em i all i got in the usps envelope was my receipt that was inside another envelope after lookin the envelope over to make sure there werent any slits in the packaging or anything and they didnt have any problem sending me another one.
Look forward to some future business with ya'll.

Hey,sorry about the mixup, don't exactly know what happened there... Jayme is dropping the new plate of at FedEx as we speak. You should have already gotten an email for the tracking.

Not a problem at all, glad it wasnt a big deal messin around with somebody on the phone like it is with some of the bigger companies that advertise on tv :mad:

x2 ive gotten quite a few things from them and there always there when if not before they say they will be as well as there customer service is awesome
