No rings or pin, with bushing:

917.5g

Wristpin:

429.3g

LBZ crankshaft uses different balancer and flywheel/flexplate. Do not intermix. LBZ crank requires these pieces.

Don't drop one of those pistons on your foot:eek: With the wrist pin that's a chunk. The Crowers are lighter. That's a good thing. Thanks for the weight info.
I hear a squeeky wheel that need's some grease. I gotta call Eric and see where my new bullet is.

Thanks for pointing that out. How do you feel about the Fluidamper? product also, are you using the stock flex plate.
Hurry up and get that thing running:D

interesting info pat....perhaps the cause of failure on LLY's and LBZ's that use LBZ pistons 'bolted in'...

There are fat areas under the piston that you can cut weight from. I matched mine within 1 gram of each other. Be suspicious of a piston that is more than 20 grams different from the others. (lite) It probably has a void/flaw in it. The Crowers are almost spot on identical weight and balance wise.

When putting my engine together, untouched used lly pistons were all within a 1.8 gram difference, I dont remeber how close the rods were but i know we didnt adjust any on the pistons or rods!
