This EGR kit is intended for racing applications. It is suggested to use with a aftermarket charger kit to improve performance and simplify working on the truck.

It includes everything you need to remove your EGR and increase HP while reducing weight:

Custom PPE intake manifold feeder casting.
PPE manifold feeder casting support arm.
Non-EGR passenger riser pipe to increase flow.

This is 100% bolt-on, no welding and will fit all charger kits.

Will this make it a universal fit to run LB7 chargers on the LLY?

LB7 chargers are just the same "fit" as LLY chargers except the intake bell, a slight difference in compressor outlet location, wastegate, and lack of wiring.

California LB7 trucks had EGR and LB7 chargers.

This kit will remove the EGR 100% on either truck, and is GM parts and PPE parts.

It's a non-EGR riser pipe with the PPE manifold and support.
