First, I will give you some background info on my truck.

08 LMM CC/LB, PPE tuner set at 90 HP / 160 tq. MBRP 4" turbo back exhaust (no kitty),EGR blocker plate,PCV reroute,S&B intake,Transgo jr./ 285 BFG's. Truck is setup to be a daily driver and currently get 20mpg hwy @ 65mph or less and 18 at 70-75 mph. I do run an additive in the fuel and have a Nicktane pre-OEM fuel filter in place. No other fuel system mods other than the tuner. I ran it mainly just to see what it was pushing and don't intend to drag. I don't know much about dyno's so I may not be able answer to much.

Dyno was a SuperFlow WinDyn @ Majestic Motorsports in Jacksonville, N.C.

Final numbers were 346.2 RWHP and 727.1 Tq. What do you guys think?

i am guessing that the stock LMM HP that they (gm-chev) claim to have 365:confused:is at the flywheel?

seems a little low? My truck base lined at 335/602 stock with dpf delete.

Thats what i was thinkin but i didnt know if it could have been because of the dyno or somethin.

They say superflows are a bit low as compared to a dynojet, correct?

My pulls were on a superflow also. Imo I like them better.

Compared to the last dynojet I saw the superflow had higher #s since it was capable of actually loading the truck to build the boost. That particular dynojet didn't have a way to load the motors.

My buddy has a 08 LMM with DPF delete exhaust, banks 6 gun (on setting 6) with the quad set on 70HP. On a dyno that didn't load he layed down 420HP. There was LMM there with the 30 day paper plate in the window that rolled off the lot 2 weeks earlier and put down 296HP, it was 100% stock.

Your truck doesn't seem strapped down as much as when I have mine done. Maybe my local shop is over kill, but has like four chains around the axle. Is one enough?

I will try and answer a few of the questions.

It was strapped in four places. Two crossed straps in the back and two underneath the front pulling towards the rear. It was'nt going anywhere.

The dyno guy ran the truck a for about ten min. before really doing any dyno work as he was trying to figure out how to best keep it in 1:1, so it IMO was already heat soaked a bit. He said he was trying to keep it in the correct gear by using the tap shift. He said the Ally wanted to shift so he was running it up in "D" then using the manual shift to hold it in 1:1 ????? It's my first time.

They did four runs and the one on the video was one of the first couple.

This is a CC/LB and the shop owner said I was loosing some through the carrier bearing setup and the 285 BFG's as well as some axle wrap. I was hoping for a bit more HP myself but I am told 350 HP on a stock tranny is about all you want so I am right there at the limit. I do believe there is a big difference between trucks especially on the LMM's for some reason.

To the 365 stock HP Chevy claims. It must be on a unrestricted LMM, in the lab, at the flywheel, because I have not seen those numbers on any articles on dyno'd stock DPF trucks.

Its addictive alright  ... but I want a reliable daily driver and want my tranny for awhile so I will stop with what I got now.

Interesting enough in this months Diesel World mag. there is an article on a 05 D'Max they worked on at PPE and it only dyno'd at 301/564 AFTER they did an exhaust and tuner set same as mine. According to the article that truck stock was only 220 HP ?

Congrats on the numbers.

Wish we would have been there when you strapped down but we didn't make it until after the track. I have a dyno tune for the transmission to keep it in 4th (1:1 ratio) and the guy was still trying to shift Mike's manually and stuff until I told him that it would take care of itself. It does sound in the video like it shifted but I would have to say that after spending a few hours with these guys they definately got you a clean run before they showed you the results.

They strapped Mike's down with 4 straps in the back but that was because I told them it would be 500+/900+ so they were cautious.

We need to get a trans in it so we can get the tune in it that Mike put down 520hp with, then you can use 350hp+ tunes for towing:D.

Its addictive alright...welcome to the $ club. It's only the begining.
